Which parts of a Script can be edited once it has been Published?

Once a script has been published it can only be partially edited and only when in Edit Live mode. This article describes what can and cannot be edited in this mode.

The only attribute of a published Script that can be changed outside of Edit Live mode is the number of Impressions.

If you wish to make further edits you need to hover over the publish icon () and click Edit Live. You are now able to make a larger number of changes to your script - but you cannot edit everything.

The general rule is:

any edit that triggers building ads that utilise new media content is not possible
any edit that triggers a change in how the platform decides which piece of audio/video content to return is possible.

Once all of the edits have been made you need to click and then in order for the changes to a be applied. If you wish to discard your changes you can either leave the script or refresh the page.

If the necessary changes cannot be accomplished via Edit Live you should consider creating a new version of the script.
