Campaigns Overview Page

The Campaigns Overview page gives an at-a-glance view of all campaigns that are currently running (“live”). The list on the page displays each campaign in a card containing the following information:

  • Campaign details
  • Campaign dates
  • Current total impressions served (count and percentage of target)
  • Key metrics
  • Progress bars: impressions served vs campaign time

Campaign details, dates and impressions

Each live campaign card displays the campaign name and client logo. If you are unsure of the client name, you can hover your mouse over the logo and the name will appear.

On the right hand side of the campaign card, the campaign start and end dates are displayed. There is also a row of text informing you of how long there is until the campaign ends; for example “ends in 3 days”. (NB: this text changes when the sort order is changed - see below for more information on sorting the campaigns on the page).

On the far right hand side of the top row of the card, the total impressions served so far are displayed as a number, and as a percentage of the target. By hovering over these figures, you can see more detail about the progress so far, including the impressions target.

Clicking on the campaign card will navigate to the campaign analytics page.

Key metrics

On the second row of the campaign card, up to six key metrics are displayed to give an overview of the campaign’s performance. These are, in order:

Listen-through rate (LTR): percentage of ads served that were completed.

Click-through rate (CTR): percentage of ads served where the companion image was tapped/clicked. This metric may not appear, if there were no clicks registered.

Frequency: the average number of times each listener heard the ad.

Dynamic frequency: the average number of different ad variants heard by each listener.

Listeners: the approximate number of unique listeners that heard the ad.

Pacing: the projected completion percentage based on the campaign’s behaviour to date. Hover over this metric to see the projected final impressions total.

Progress bars

At the bottom right of the card are two progress bars. These represent:

  • Pink: impressions served out of the impressions target
  • Blue: time elapsed from campaign start date, progressing towards campaign end date

By comparing these two bars, you can get a quick idea of any campaigns that are dramatically over- or under-serving, and investigate further.

Alerts

Underneath the main body of the campaign card, there may be a red bar indicating any alerts associated with the campaign. We will be adding more alerts as the page is developed further. These will appear when there is an error or warning that should be displayed; otherwise, the card appears without an alert section.

Bookmarking

On the far right of the whole card, there is a bookmark icon. Toggling this icon will add/remove the campaign from your bookmarked campaigns, allowing you to then filter the page to see only those campaigns. See below for information on filtering the page content.

Sorting/filtering

Across the top of the page, there are three options for filtering and sorting the page content.

On the left, you have the option to filter the page to those campaigns you have bookmarked (see above for information on bookmarking). This is useful for keeping track of changes to a particular campaign, or cutting the page down to those campaigns that you are personally responsible for.

On the right, there is a dropdown box for sorting the page. There are six options:

  • End date (ascending): campaigns ending earliest at the top
  • Start date (ascending): campaigns starting earliest at the top
  • Alphabetical (A-Z and Z-A)
  • Pacing (ascending and descending)

On the far right, there is a search box. This will filter the page to your search term, which will be matched to either the campaign name or the client name.
